Please read our product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which easytofitblinds.com.au makes the products available to you .You must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying online.

When buying goods from this website you enter an agreement with easytofitblinds.com.au. The agreement is accepted when a full payment is made and you have checked your products out.

  1. Agreement

A legally binding contract with you will only arise once easytofitblinds.com.au has received payment for the goods in full from you. When ordering products from easytofitblinds.com.au website we can only process your order when the goods ordered have been paid for in full. You can pay on-line with all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and B-Pay. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. You will be charged for items at the point of order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

  1. Price

The price you will pay is the price shown at the checkout and on your confirmation email, these prices are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the total price shown is the price you will pay. All prices shown at our online store are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  1. Right to Cancel or Change Your Order

Cancelling Prior to Manufacture

3.1All products are custom made to your measurements and the manufacturing process will begin after midday (AEST or ADEST) of that business day or the next business day if ordered on the weekend. If your order is ordered after midday on a business day. It will be placed the next business day after midday (AEST or ADEST) (Monday to Friday). Once your product has been placed into production a cancellation cannot be done.

Refunding Your Payment

3.2 If a cancellation of the order is required within the 24-hour period of placing the order, monies will be credited to your bank account or credit card within 7 days of notification. refunded monies may take a few days to show in your account after our electronic transfer, we cannot be held responsible for interbank transfer delays.

Cancelling after Manufacture

3.3 You cannot cancel or change your order once your goods have been placed into the production process as these goods will not be re-sellable to us and the product will be made to your custom measurements. If a cancellation is required after manufacture it must be done in writing to [email protected]. easytofitblinds.com.au reserves the right to charge all cost incurred until the point of confirmation of cancellation.

If the goods have been supplied – the customer is not entitled to return the goods.

Cancellation by Us

3.4 We receive the right to cancel your order if: We are unable to supply the product. You require delivery outside of Australia. One or more of the goods was listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us and/or received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will re credit to your account any sum deducted by received by us from your credit card or direct debit as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of  your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

  1. Stock Supply

We have the right to cancel your order if:

1) We have insufficient stock to make and deliver the goods ordered.

2) If you have ordered from an island or country where we do not deliver.

3) The goods ordered unbeknown to us have been discontinued.

4) A pricing error or typing error has occurred due to system failure within our database or website.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Product Descriptions and Measurements

a) Descriptions and photography
The products we sell are either photographed or digitally produced and are accurately displayed on the website, however, due to different types, styles and settings of computer monitors shading and colour may appear differently to the exact colour. Whilst every attempt will be made by easytofitblinds.com.au to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown you, any minor or immaterial variation, change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

b) Measurements
All goods supplied by easytofitblinds.com.au are made to your measurements and will fit within the measurements given. It is your responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure please consult the online measuring guide. easyfitblinds.com.au will make all standard industry deductions to your blinds. DO NOT TAKE ANY DEDUCTIONS FROM YOUR MEASUREMENTS. You must check the product details and measurements of the goods before placing your order online as well as checking the order via the email confirmation. We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given us incorrect measurements, as we will not be able to resell the goods as they are made to measure.

c) Made to measure products
Made to measure products are custom made to your precise requirements. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require.

Be aware that the word “block out” when referring to product refers to the fabric and slat and not the complete product. All products will have varying amounts of light bleed going through them. This is standard within most window furnishing products

All materials may lose their original intensity after extended periods of exposure within their environments. All cords and chains will eventually wear our and some plastic will become brittle. This is classed as normal wear and tear. Colours may vary from order to order so easytofitblinds.com.au recommends you order blinds for the same location together.

  1. Delivering Your Goods

easytofitblinds.com.au will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery. We will immediately despatch the order upon completion. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm. Easytofitblinds.com.au use third party logistics to deliver your orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the product has been dispatched to you. By accepting your order you confirm that you give easytofitblinds.com.au and their third party logistics Authority to leave the product at the nominated address. Note PO boxes cannot be used as a delivery address.

The Supplier will at all times endeavour to complete contracts within the specified time frames however lead times given are only estimates and cannot be enforced.

  1. Defective Goods

easytofitblinds.com.au offer a 1(ONE) year manufacture warranty. We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement product being dispatched as per the Consumer Guarantee guidelines. Please read our full Warranty Policy located at our website for further details.

  1. Representations

No statement, description, or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement, communication, and the pages of this online store or by any employee or agent of easytofitblinds.com.au shall be interpreted so as to enlarge, vary or override in any way any of these terms and conditions.

  1. Events beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

  1. Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. 

  1. Privacy

We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as company and product research, delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorize them to use your information for other purposes.

  1. Consumer Guarantee

easytofitblinds.com.au has a duty to provide you with the product you ordered. If a part is missing or incomplete, we will replace it as quickly as possible in accordance with the Consumer Guarantee. A refund will only be given if we cannot replace or repair the item.

Warranty

What our warranty covers:

easytofitblinds.com.au warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for this period of time.

What our warranty does not cover:

  • Results from abuse or misuse;
  • Improper DIY installation;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Exposure to the elements
  • Maintenance and care not in accordance with manufacturer recommendations

If your products are defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product.

This shall be your only remedy under this warranty.

easytofitblinds.com.au accepts no liability for;

  • Incidental or consequential damages;
  • In no event shall we liable for transportation
  • Cost of removal or re-installation of our products

Faulty or damaged goods

If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, this needs to be reported within 14 days of receiving delivery. Please follow the following stops.

  1. Take a photo of the packaging and fault. If it is a functionality fault, please take a short video
  2. Email through the photo or video, a short description of the fault, order number and which item it relates too. The more photos and information the easier it process the claim

easytofitblinds.com.au with assess the claim. If the product is deemed faulty easytofitblinds.com.au will replace the product free of charge.

*Please note, you (the Purchaser) have 14 days from the receipt of your blinds to advise us of any faults including marks or defects on the fabric or product. We ask that you inspect your purchase thoroughly when you receive it. After this time has passed no claims for marks or defects in the fabric or product will be accepted under this warranty. It will be considered as normal wear and tear, results from misuse, improper installation or exposure to the elements as stated above.

Delivery

easytofitblinds.com.au will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery. We will immediately despatch the order upon completion. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm. easytofitblinds.com.au use third party logistics to deliver your orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the product has been dispatched to you. By accepting your order you confirm that you give easytofitblinds.com.au and their third party logistics Authority to leave the product at the nominated address. Note PO boxes cannot be used as a delivery address

The supplier will at all times endeavour to complete contracts within the specified time frames however lead times given are only estimates and cannot be enforced.

Note when an order is not able to be delivered to a selected address. easytofitblinds.com.au will advise you of the nearest depot for customer collection.

All our blinds are made and dispatched to you within 5-10 working days

Freight Damage

In the event you receive damaged good upon receipt of the goods, please report to easytofitblind.com.au within 5 days as follows.  If easytofitblinds.com.au are note notified within 5 days we cannot be held responsible for the damaged item or replacement cost. Please check the product as sometime the product may not be damaged.

  2. Email through the photo or video, a short description of the damage, order number and which item it relates too. The more photos and information the easier it process the claim
